For every client, we provide case management services to coordinate treatment team members who help the youth meet their clinical goals.

The Youth Advocates of Sitka's Case Manager develops personalized service plans, and monitors progress across various settings, including the home, school, and community. Youth and families are connected with community resources and skill development tools through family, individual, and group activities. These tools promote positive life skills and support healthy long-term relationships.
