YAS is a dynamic, fun-loving team of professionals dedicated to providing the highest quality, client-centered, strength-based services to children and families in our community.

 

We provide training and necessary certifications for all of our team members. Your Wellbeing Matters to Us!

HEALTH & WELLNESS 

          Health/Dental/Vision: YAS offers Blue Cross Blue Shield health/vision/dental insurance to all team   

          members and their families who work 20 hours or more per week and covers 80% of the cost.

          Group Life Insurance: Provided 100% by YAS for regular full-time team members. Each team member is 

          covered at a $25,000 level. 

 

WORK-LIFE BALANCE

          Paid Time Off (PTO): Starts at 18 days per year (12 hours/month) for the first year for team members. YAS

          grants all full-time team members 16 additional hours of PTO in the beginning of January. 

          Holidays: YAS offers 9 paid holidays. 

          Medical, Military and Personal Leave: Eligible team members can receive extended time away from

          work. 

          Bereavement Leave: In the event of death in team member’s immediate family, YAS grants up to 5

          working days, to handle family affairs and attend the funeral. 

          Jury Duty: YAS will pay a full-time team member’s normal earnings for the period of jury service, not to

          exceed two consecutive weeks.  

          Time Off to Vote: Full-time team members who lack sufficient time outside work hours to vote in local,                state, and national elections may take up to one hour off work with pay for this purpose. 

 

GROW WITH US 

          Employee Assistance Program (EAP): This program is provided at no cost to all team members. 

          Professional Development and Trainings: YAS team members have access to trainings, workshops, and            conferences to enhance their skills and knowledge for their specific roles. 

          Annual Step Increases: YAS team members receive a 3% wage increase annually with satisfactory       

          performance review. 

          Direct Deposit: You have the option to enroll in direct deposit. Pay is directly deposited into your account

          bi-monthly. 

          Mt. Edgecumbe High School Aquatic Center: YAS team members receive a discounted rate for

          themselves and their family.
