We are dedicated to providing the highest quality of services to children and families in our community.
Our staff are trained in the Transition to Independence Process Model, the Mandt System, trauma informed care, self-harm behavior, CPR, suicide prevention, LGBTQ cultural competency, and Alaska Native cultural competency.

Our team consists of over 50 employees and volunteers. This includes our board members, full-time staff, part-time staff, AmeriCorps volunteers, and licensed Resource Parents. Our clinical team and administrative staff are featured here!
